Return & Refund Policy – Yashika Threads

At Yashika Threads, we strive to ensure you love every saree you purchase from us. However, if you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

  • The product is damaged or defective upon delivery
  • You received an incorrect product
  • The product does not match the description

To be eligible for a return:

  • The request must be raised within 5 days of delivery (update as needed)
  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and unworn
  • Original tags and packaging must be intact
  • The item must not have perfume, stains, or alterations

We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Sarees with stitched or customized blouses
  • Altered or customized products
  • Sale or discounted items (if applicable)
  • Gift cards

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  • Email us at yashikathreads@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return
  • Share images if the product is damaged or incorrect
  • Once approved, we will arrange reverse pickup (if serviceable) or provide return instructions
  • Return shipping charges may apply depending on the reason for return

4. Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect the returned product:

  • Refund approval will be communicated via email
  • Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days
  • The amount will be credited to the original payment method
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be processed via bank transfer or store credit

5. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges subject to:

  • Product availability
  • Approval after quality check

If the desired product is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be issued.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or wrong product:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear images and unboxing video (if required)
  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost

7. Delayed or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  • Check your bank account again
  • Contact your payment provider
  • If still unresolved, email us at yashikathreads@gmail.com

8. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible
